Yes - Relay offers an optional top-up Hire and Reward insurance through Aviva, available exclusively to couriers while delivering with us.

To be eligible, you must already have comprehensive vehicle insurance that includes Social, Domestic & Pleasure (SD&P) cover.
This is your standard personal-use insurance and is legally required for any vehicle that hasn’t been declared off-road (SORN).

The Aviva policy provides Third Party Only cover and applies only while you’re actively completing Relay deliveries. It does not cover driving for other companies or using your vehicle for personal journeys.

💰 Daily rates:

• £4.00 for cars
• £2.75 for mopeds

📝 How to sign up:
During your onboarding steps in the Copilot app, you’ll be asked whether you already have Hire and Reward insurance.
If not, you’ll have the option to opt in to the Aviva policy. We’ll ask for your DVLA check code to confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.

Once approved, your insurance will activate automatically whenever you go online - you’ll only be charged for the days you work.
