If you’d like to use Relay’s Aviva top-up insurance, please make sure you meet all of the following requirements before selecting this option during onboarding:

• You must be at least 21 years old
• You must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
• You must not have been involved in two or more fault accidents within the last 3 years
• You must have no major driving convictions in the last 5 years (e.g. AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, DG, IN, LC, TT99, UT50, XX)
• You must not have been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years
• You must not have had insurance declined, cancelled, or voided
• You must not be awaiting a DVLA decision regarding a declared medical condition
• You must provide accurate and complete information, as incorrect or missing details could invalidate your cover

These checks are in place to ensure your insurance remains valid and that all couriers using Aviva cover are safe and eligible to drive.
