🧾 Completing Your Background Check

After you’ve completed onboarding, we’ll let you know when it’s time to complete your background check - you’ll receive a notification in the app and an email from Sterling, our background check partner.

Simply open the Sterling email and follow the instructions. The process usually takes around 10 minutes to complete.

Once submitted, you can continue working while we wait for the results. We’ll only get in touch if there’s anything you need to review or take action on.
