We carry out background checks to help maintain the safety and integrity of our platform for both couriers and customers.

You’ll receive a notification once it’s time to complete your check — this happens after you’ve been onboarded.

If any issues come up during the process, our team will review your case individually and contact you directly if further action is required.

You’ll also have the option to upload your own recent DBS certificate once you’ve been onboarded.
