If the Relay Copilot app opens but only displays a blank or white screen, try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Force close and reopen the app – Swipe it away from your recent apps and relaunch it.
- Check your internet connection – Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data signal.
- Update the app – Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to ensure you’re using the latest version of Relay Copilot.
- Clear the app cache (Android only) – Go to Settings → Apps → Relay Copilot → Storage → Clear Cache.
- Restart your phone – A quick restart can often fix temporary loading issues.
- Reinstall the app – If the problem continues, delete and reinstall Relay Copilot. You can log back in using the same account details.
