Yes — to work with Relay, you’ll need to have your own vehicle. Whether it’s an e-bike, moped, or car, it must be yours and ready for delivery work.

We accept cars, mopeds, and e-bikes, but availability varies by area. We’ll let you know when we’re ready to onboard you based on your vehicle type and location via email and push notification.

If you have a van, you can select this option during your application. We’ll then link you to our Middle Mile onboarding funnel — this is a separate part of our network where van drivers transport bags with parcels from the depot to local pitstops, where Last Mile couriers collect them from pitstops for final delivery to customers.

Middle Mile routes typically involve fewer stops but longer drives, with set start times at depots and larger parcel volumes than Last Mile deliveries.
