You’ll join one of our experienced drivers or depot leads for a hands-on, practical session. During this time, you’ll:

• Learn how to check in at the depot and prepare your van for loading
• Understand Relay delivery procedures, scanning steps, and key safety guidelines
• Get familiar with routing, delivery schedules, and expectations for punctuality and communication
• See how parcels are sorted, loaded, and managed on site
• Have your van size checked to confirm it meets Relay’s operational requirements for Middle Mile work
• Do a live route with one of our experienced drivers
• Ask questions and get useful tips from our experienced team before going live
