All van drivers must have Hire and Reward insurance, which is legally required for delivering goods in exchange for payment.

If you don’t already have your own policy, you can opt in to Relay’s optional top-up Hire and Reward insurance, provided by Aviva. This can be arranged directly through us during onboarding.

To be eligible for the Aviva top-up insurance, you must already hold Social, Domestic & Pleasure (SD&P) cover your standard personal-use insurance that’s required for any vehicle not declared off-road (SORN).

The Aviva policy provides Third Party Only cover and applies only while you’re actively delivering with Relay.
