Your earnings will be based on two key factors:

1. Minimum Guaranteed Pay

• Determined by the size of your van - we measure this in terms of Relay bags!
• Refer to the provided image for details on how van size affects your base pay.
• Your official minimum guaranteed pay will be confirmed during your paid Onboarding Shift, where our team will assess your van size to finalise your pay rate.

2. Distance Top-Up

• If your route exceeds 150 miles, you’ll receive an additional £0.20 per mile beyond this distance.

3. Shift length

• We have 7, 8, 9 and 10-hour shifts available. Your minimum base pay for the shift will also depend on which shift type you book in to!
