Before attending your Shadow Shift, please make sure you’ve downloaded the two apps used for van operations at Relay:

• VanGo – this is the app you’ll use for all your Relay deliveries. It shows your assigned routes, parcel details, and navigation during live work.
  
  
• When I Work – this is where you’ll view and manage your shifts, including your Shadow Shift booking and future schedules.

Tip:
Download both apps and sign up using the same email you used for your Relay application. Having them ready before your Shadow Shift will help you get set up faster on the day.
